We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicle Loan to lead and expand our commercial vehicle financing business within a designated territory. The role involves driving sales growth, managing channel partnerships, building dealer networks, and ensuring high-quality loan portfolio performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience in financial services, particularly in vehicle finance or lending, with a deep understanding of the local market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
- Drive commercial vehicle loan disbursements across the assigned region
- Identify and onboard new dealers, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), and channel partners
- Develop strong relationships with transporters, fleet owners, and vehicle dealerships
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
2. Channel & Dealer Management
- Strengthen existing dealer relationships to increase business volume
- Conduct regular field visits and sales meetings
- Provide training and product updates to partners
- Ensure smooth coordination between credit, operations, and sales teams
3. Portfolio & Risk Management
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure minimal delinquency
- Work closely with credit and collection teams to manage risk
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze competitor offerings and pricing strategies
- Identify market opportunities and emerging segments
- Provide feedback to senior management for product improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in commercial vehicle loans, NBFCs, or banking sales
- Strong understanding of commercial vehicle financing products
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Market share growth within the territory
